I will say if you are not familiar with your maxes in the Snatch, bench press, strict press, clean, deadlift and squat…or have a pretty accurate estimate I would do 3 maxes today and three maxes tomorrow. We will do some percentage based lifting in this next challenge, and you don’t want to be the guy who doesn’t know his maxes.
The reason all lifts are included is because I want to make sure the Recruits and Established are getting a good strength base while competitors will work on strength and Oly.
Front rack lunges 5 x 16 lunges (total)
Competitor only (or if you have the skills) 3 sets of 25 pistols each leg
Deadlift @ 225
Kettlebell Swing @ 2 Pood
Box Jumps @ 24″
*Competitor: As prescribed
*Established: 185/1.5 pood
*Recruit: 135/1 pood/20″ box
