20 air squats
*40m shuttle run: Set up a cone 10m out. Run to the cone, back to the starting position, to the cone again and then end where you started. This is only 40m, you should be going ALL OUT on these sprints. Your legs will definitely feel that change of direction, but work through it!
*Competitor: As prescribed
*Established: As prescribed, or 80% of BW on deadlift
*Recruit: As prescribed, or 70% of BW on deadlift or comfortable weight
