    Jerred during the last two sets of thrusters got a pain that runs from the rear of my shoulder down through my tri when I press up. Know your not a doc but any ideas? Thanks.

      Hmm sounds muscular, which is good, well as good as it can be. I’m not sure what that could be. I have had similar happen with presses but it normally fatigues my biceps.

      I would lay off the presses for a few days and see how it is feeling when you stretch. Ice wouldn’t hurt either.
