    16:48 (185, 24″, 1.5, 50# thrusters as wall ball sub). Lost prob a min trying to get a comfortable grip on front squat and 30 secs from uncontrollable leg shaking in the middle of the 4th set of kb swings. Jerred my wrists feel weak holding the bar in the front squat pos. How can I strenghten them? Ended up squating with my arms crossed in front of me.
