    First things first that is a bad ass eo3fitmobile. Second need some pointers on snatch/overhead squat. Can’t get my arms shoulders back. Feel extra tight, more in the ohs, on the way down. Any tips?

    Gonna try to get the strength work in later tonight. I’m with Tim on the snatch/overhead squat…can’t figure out why these are so much harder than anything for me. Been reading a lot on specific mobility work to do for these moves. Any tips would be great.
