Rest Day Reading

Hey all!

Just wanted to cover a few things and answer some frequently asked questions…so here it goes…

Rest Days

For the new guys…Thursdays and Sundays are rest days. Now you know.

Should I do One Man One Barbell or Eo3 Fit?

I get this question frequently now that I offer a paid program, One Man One Barbell, and free programming, Eo3 Fit. My answer is always the same.

What are your goals?

Bottom line up front: Eo3 Fit, even with the current strength programming, will not get you near as strong as One Man One Barbell will. Why? Because that is not our current focus, but that is the focus of OMOB.

Eo3 Fit follows specific training objectives like the current six-week challenge. At times, it may be perfect for you, and, at times, not so much. You have to decide what you are looking for.

Both programs will get you in great shape, but OMOB has an uncanny ability to make you very strong…I honestly have trouble believing some of the results that have been sent in to me.

Can I do Eo3 Fit and One Man One Barbell?

Yes you can. If you are following the current six-week challenge I would say, no. The current six-week challenge has specific goals and the programming at Eo3 Fit will take care of those.

However, if you like the WODs at Eo3 Fit, they are designed to fit in with a strength program.  So just do OMOB strength and the Eo3 Fit Metcon.

Should I Join the Eo3 Crew?

The Eo3 Crew is for those who want a very structured program that is personally tailored. We only accept serious and dedicated athletes.  Again this goes back to…what are your goals?

If anyone has any other questions add ‘em to the comments and I will assist in any way I can. These questions have just been hitting the inbox frequently so I figured some other may want to know too.
