Got an email from one of the Eo3Fit members asking about the next six-week challenge, so I figured if he had some questions, the rest of you may as well. The next 6-Week Challenge will kick off the 21st of January, or this coming Monday. The blog post on Monday will reveal all of the details and the first workout will be posted here.

Let me know, by adding to the comments, if you have any comments, questions or concerns about the upcoming challenge.

Also, Scott, another Eo3Fit member has put together some great warmups for the Eo3 community and I will work on getting them up with the next 6-week challenge. He actually gave them to me a long time ago…but I have been lazy and forgetful. A lot to look forward to!

    Got thru 8 rds Rx and the wife got 8 rounds w 65# Deadlifts.

    Subbed 55# banded KB swings for the deadlifts. Got through 7 rounds plus all the swings.
