“Fight Gone Meathead”

3 rounds for total reps

1 minute at each station

Bench Press @ 225
Chest to bar pull-ups
Double unders
Front Squat @ 135
Burpee
1 Minute rest

*Established: 185/135
*Recruit: 135/95 

More scaling may be necessary as the weights are quite heavy, bench especially. Be sure to bring the elbows in on the bench press! Be safe and make sure your benching the correct way. If you need help check out my article on bench press [here]

    Since I have only two plates of 25 Kg (55 lbs) and one bar:
    67 reps @ 155 lbs of floor press
    77 pull ups
    70 double-unders
    40 front squats @ 155 lbs
    47 burbees

    I subbed hand stand push-ups for bench because I did overhead press strength in One Man One Barbell format. Figured why not get some extra overhead work in.

    Also subbed deadstop barbell rows with 135# for pullups (wall mounted pullup bar is on the way) and then I left out burpees cause I only had 15 minutes before I had to start getting ready for work.

    Did 93 reps total.
