I made it through knees to elbows of round 4 using 65#. Also, tried the Hero shake today. It is YUMMY!
Did squat strength day with the set up from One Man One Barbell and then went through 2 rounds of this workout with 115#. Called it a day after that. Took me just over 10 minutes to finish.
Did two complete rounds plus 7 cleans @ 155lbs.
Managed to squeeze out 5 rounds at Rx. Wife also did 5 rounds w only the bar 45#. Nice WOD.

As PX’d, Completed 4 rounds and barely got 3 power cleans of round 5.
