I am happy to announce I am feeling better and actually did some light rowing intervals without dying today! I would say, another day or two and I will be back at it full force.
Today’s WOD is from CrossFit.com, simply because I have done this WOD multiple times before, and it is killer and very…enjoyable?

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
*Competitor: As prescribed
*Established: 35 reps ea.
*Recruit: 20 reps ea.
And, as always, scale weights and exercises to comfort level and equipment available.
