Hey guys, posting the WOD a bit later than usual. Hope I didn’t screw anyone up. I am sick…for the first time in like 2.5 years, and it sucks big time.

WOD

Strength

5×10 pull-ups, alternate grip
5×15 1.5 pood weighted sit-ups
5×10 pistols (5 each leg)

Metcon

3 rounds for time

15 thrusters @ 95
15 burpees over the bar

    Jumping pull-ups/1 pood st-ups…metcon=16:12 (50#). You couldn’t pay me to do another thruster right now! Get we’ll soon!

    Bought one man one barbell and it is well worth the money. Just what I was looking for in a strength training regimen. Good job Jerred. I will keep you posted on the results of the first cycle.

    First round was thrusters then moved to just front squats – 11:23.

    Did thrusters with 35# KB in each hand. 12:31. strength was a good mix. After party was tabata jump ropes and working on DUs.
