4 rounds
25 walking lunge steps with 45 lb plate held overhead
20 second L-sit hold
15 front squats @ 135
10 second L-sit hold
5 handstand push-ups
*Competitor: As prescribed
*Established: 35/115/deficit push-ups on plates
*Recruit: 25/75/push-ups
If you do not have parallettes for L-sits use stacked plates. If you cannot do L-sits, hold the plank position.
